We recruit foster carers for children of all ages and our aim is to keep our children and young people in our community here in Bury. It is vital that children & young people remain in the community that they know and remain close to their school and friends.
We are an experienced, professional team and we aim to provide the highest quality of service, supporting people who are considering fostering at every step of their fostering journey. We are also keen to hear from approved foster carers who are looking to transfer to Bury for children to be part of their fostering family where local and consistent care is key.
How we work
Foster carers are at the heart of a wide team of professionals who look after children and young people in care. We are proud of our Foster Carers as they offer the highest quality of care to ensure children and young people are kept safe and provides them with love, care, and support to help them towards a brighter future. We recognise that no two children are the same, but all children need strong, caring, and trusting relationships with those who care for them, and matching is key for both children and foster carers. We need a diverse range of fostering households to reflect the broad range of children we have in our care.
